Description
Original WWII German mosquito net. This in the actual WWII net, not one of the darker colored post war ones. It does have numerous holes of various sizes, mostly smaller holes, and it is missing its drawstring. These are becoming extremely difficult to find in any condition for less than $60. This would be a great one to either use for reenacting or for display since it is already a little damaged and you wouldn't need to worry about it to much.
These can be found on page 251 of "Deutsche Soldaten" - although it is interesting to note that the example laid flat in the book is a post war net. The only real difference from war time to PW is the color.
