Description
French sport gum tin. I am uncertain of its age, but for context it was found in a household clean out box that contained mostly pre war German stuff, some military stuff and some post war East German stuff. I was unable to find any details about it. Sport gum was generally a very early way of marketing gum and I rather doubt there were many East Germans going to France to bring home gum. Still a fairly rare tin, I almost never find anything related to chewing gum in Europe.
