Description
Vintage WWI US Army infantry crossed files blue star in service sweetheart pin. The blue star flag was commonly called a "son in service" flag but was used for any loved one (son, other family, sweetheart, husband, etc) in the service. The main pin is a gold color and the rifles are a brass color. The pin is fair condition with some discoloration from corrosion / tarnishing.
