Original Sparta creme tin made by the same company that made the famous 4711. The side of the tin say ohne jeden rabatt or NO DISCOUNTS. I believe this was something to to with laws introduced under the third Reich for complex reasons to prevent Jewish shops from putting other shops out of business through deep discounts.
