Description
Nice heavy duty Bakelite razor with a blutstifter (styptic pencil) built into the handle. I believe this could be French or maybe Belgian or possibly German. The head is designed to angle the blade quite heavily, which was fairly common for the era, but perhaps it wasn't too great of a thing considering they felt the need to build in the thing for treating nicks and cuts. The styptic pencil is decaying and falling apart but it does look to be fairly normal in size so you might be able to clean this and replace it with a modern one. A very interesting and uncommon razor.
